Order the French 75 because the room has earned that assumption. Then consider a second classic from a bar program that understands restraint. The snacks from the restaurant side help if the evening has drifted.
This is a pre-dinner bar, a post-dinner bar, and occasionally the whole evening if the stools are kind. It is one of the few famous Quarter rooms that still feels intimate.
