Brennan's

French Quarter

Brennan's could have coasted forever on Bananas Foster and a pink facade. Instead, the restored version became sharper: still theatrical, still deeply New Orleans, but with a kitchen that understands why the old rituals mattered.

Breakfast is the romantic choice. Turtle soup, eggs Hussarde, brandy milk punch if the day allows it, Bananas Foster because refusing it would be performative in the wrong direction. The courtyard is lovely, but the inside rooms carry the house's old confidence.

Come when you want the Quarter to be elegant instead of chaotic. Brennan's is proof that obvious can still be correct.
